  Do not expect any assistance from them (without $250/hr charge)
  
  With 3 offices in different states to compare with, Document Solutions has the worst service. I never had a company say that they would have to charge $250/hour to some help out with settings on the computer we have under contract with them. They person on the phone started reading out of the manual over the phone to try to help, as if we don't have the manual, too. Seemed to not even be familiar with his own device. You sell Xerox printers, you must have set things up before!
  
  For our other 2 locations, we can call the printer support companies and they will schedule a tech to stop by and take a look and help with whatever we need, never been charged for that. AND I think we are paying a lot less in our Maryland office, too.
  
  In a short phone call and quote of the charge to come fix some settings, lost our business in 5 minutes. We will look to find ANY other company to take over printer support for our office location in Monroeville.
  
  the fact that I'm taking the time to find a new company and to fill out this review tells you how annoying this support issue is and I wish I saw a review like this when I was looking for a printer company in the area so I would have used a different company.
